Today, we are identified as a leading manufacturer, wholesaler/distributor, trader and exporter of premium quality surgical dressings and products.

We initiated business in the year 2003, under the corporate umbrella of Zenium Group of Companies - a formidable market player having around 20 years of experience and expertise in manufacturing cables and wires. Strengthened by the support of its parent company, Komal Health Care Pvt. Ltd. ventured into the world of Medical products and services. The company today specializes in the manufacturing and exporting of products like Surgical dressings, Medical packaging & Hospital disposables, Orthopedic implants, and more. With its world class range, it meets surgical needs and requirements of many big & small hospitals, nursing homes, medical colleges, schools, R&D centres, beauty salons, bio technology labs and clinical trail centres.

The rich business heritage of Zenium Group of Companies blended into the forward looking objectives of Komal Health Care and both collaborated to form this immensely successful business venture.

While one can always invest on the right technology and manage a large infrastructural set-up, the set-up can only operate efficiently if it is coupled with a dynamic team that can orchestrate it. We at Komal Health Care are well aware of it and have therefore installed an exhaustive set up where a highly qualified team of about 200 people works in unison to drive results into our business. 150 professionals are staffed exclusively at our manufacturing unit whereas an additional 50 professionals manage and monitor the processes.

Komal Health Care also has at its disposal a supplementary team of qualified doctors and surgeons who helps in designing and quality testing their products as per prescribed guidelines and norms.

Komal Health Care also sees to it that its human resource is well managed and optimized. Following this, it conducts regular skill development training sessions for its workforce so that professionals remain updated and well-versed with latest market trends.

Our Manufacturing Unit

Komal Health Care gets an extra business edge from its fully equipped manufacturing set up, where dedicated professionals work round the clock to churn out products with utmost perfection. The company has a 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing set up in Mumbai that strictly complies with GMP standards. Furnished with latest technology equipment and machines, the unit aids in the design and development of quality surgical dressings and orthopedic implants. 

Apart from this manufacturing setup, Komal Health Care also manages different facilities related to quality testing, R&D, storage and packaging.

Quality

Komal Health Care makes deliberate attempts to ensure highest standards of quality percolates throughout its various business steps.

To make its quality standards a reality, the organization has developed a quality control laboratory equipped with hi-tech machines where the quality of raw materials and end products are evaluated and tested on well defined parameters. Intensive checks are performed by the quality auditors recruited by the organization at every stage of production, assembly, packing, and sealing.

Machines installed at the lab are used to conduct different physical and chemical tests on end products with license of Food and Drug Administration.
